1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using EndOFDelas's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

EndOFDelas provides web development, design, and digital marketing services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Mobile-responsive design
• SEO and digital marketing
• Website maintenance and support

3. Project Scope & Deliverables

All projects will be clearly defined in a project agreement or statement of work. The scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before project commencement. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified:

• 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project
• Remaining 50% is due before final delivery/launch
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Late payments may result in project delays

5. Revisions & Modifications

We offer a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Minor content updates during the development phase are included.

6. Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation, timely feedback, and content provision. Delays caused by client-side factors may extend the delivery timeline. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Any third-party resources (stock photos, fonts, plugins) used remain under their respective licenses.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose any proprietary information without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Support & Maintenance

Free support is provided for the duration specified in your package (1-6 months depending on the plan). Post-support period, maintenance can be arranged at prevailing rates.

10. Limitation of Liability

EndOFDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment for work completed up to that point will be due. No refunds will be provided for advance payments unless covered under our refund policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
