Refund Policy

1. Overview

At EndOFDeals, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our web development and digital services.

2. Advance Payment (50%)

The 50% advance payment is required to initiate your project and secure our resources. This payment is generally non-refundable as it covers:

• Project planning and strategy
• Initial design mockups and wireframes
• Resource allocation
• Domain and hosting setup (if applicable)

However, if we are unable to start the project within 7 days of payment due to reasons on our end, you may request a full refund of the advance payment.

3. Project Cancellation Before Commencement

If you decide to cancel the project before we begin active development work:

• Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges)
• Within 48 hours of payment: 75% refund
• After 48 hours but before project start: 50% refund
• After project commencement: No refund on advance payment

4. Project Cancellation During Development

If you cancel the project after development has begun:

• The advance payment is non-refundable
• You will be billed for work completed beyond the advance payment
• You will receive all completed work and deliverables up to that point
• No refund will be issued for the final 50% payment if it has already been made

5. Refund for Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon project within the timeline specified (plus a reasonable grace period), and you choose to cancel the project, you will be entitled to a refund of any payments made, minus the value of work already completed.

6. Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of deliverables:

• We offer unlimited revisions as per the agreed scope to address your concerns
• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• We will work with you to resolve any quality concerns before considering refunds
• Refunds for quality issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Third-Party Services

Costs for third-party services (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, stock images, etc.) are non-refundable as these are pass-through expenses charged by external vendors.

8. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us through our website with your refund request
• Provide your project details and reason for the refund
• We will review your request within 3-5 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Monthly retainer fees for ongoing services
• Digital marketing campaign budgets
• Training sessions already conducted
• Consultation fees
• Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted

10. Scope Changes

Additional payments made for scope changes or extra features are subject to the same refund policy as the original project payment. Refunds for scope additions will only be considered if the additional work has not yet commenced.

11. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend all project work immediately
• Pursue legal action to recover losses
• Report the incident to relevant authorities

12. Disputes
